We had to take a cartoon character from the 80's/90's and make them more modern or differnt.
This is Hello Nurse from the awesomely funny show Animaniacs. 
I was thinking of another attractive female cartoon character from the 90's and she's the only other one I could think of.
I kinda messed up with the hips and feet, but I kinda liked how she turned out.
